Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Manager - HR (Plant, Statutory & Industrial Relations) role based at Super Prints’ plant in Jaipur. The role involves overseeing day-to-day HR operations for the plant, including workforce planning, attendance and leave management, and employee life cycle processes. The Manager will ensure statutory and labor law compliance, maintain accurate HR and compliance documentation, and coordinate audits and inspections. Responsibilities include handling industrial relations, managing employee grievances, and promoting a positive and safe workplace culture. The role also covers HR policy creation and implementation, supporting performance management, coordinating training initiatives, and partnering with plant leadership to align people practices with operational goals.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of HR operations in a plant or manufacturing environment, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, and HR documentation.
Demonstrated understanding of statutory compliance, labor laws, and industrial relations frameworks relevant to Indian manufacturing units.
Experience managing employee relations, conflict resolution, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives across diverse workforce groups.
Ability to collaborate with plant leadership, production teams, and external stakeholders such as labor authorities, consultants, and auditors.
Proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software, MS Office tools, and basic data reporting for HR metrics and compliance tracking.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR or IR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in an on-site manufacturing or industrial plant HR role, preferably in printing or related industries, is highly desirable.
