Front Office Executive

WE’RE HIRING — FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE
Hotel Lotus Candolim | Open Door Hotels
📍 Candolim, North Goa
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience
Duty hours: 11 hours per day
Food: One meal included per duty day
Local candidates with relevant hotel front office experience preferred.
Responsibilities
Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations and guest enquiries.
Manage billing, payment collections and guest records.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and restaurant teams.
Handle guest concerns professionally.
Promote room upgrades and hotel services.
Maintain daily reports and proper shift handovers.
Requirements
Relevant hotel front office experience.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Computer proficiency; Djubo or similar hotel software knowledge preferred.
Courteous, organised and guest-focused.
