Human Resources Consultant

Organization: Godrej Agrovet – Animal Nutrition Business
Location: Godrej One, Vikhroli (East)
Duration: 12 months
Role Overview:
The consultant will support the Learning & Development (L&D) and Employee Engagement COE in executing key programs, coordinating learning interventions, and enabling employee engagement initiatives across the business. The role provides exposure to end-to-end program execution, stakeholder coordination, and HR COE functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Learning & Development Support:
• Coordinate logistics for classroom and virtual training programs
• Support scheduling, nominations, attendance tracking, and trainer coordination
• Assist in preparation of training materials, communication decks, and reports
• Maintain learning MIS and dashboards for ongoing programs- Support post
• training feedback collection and basic analysis of learning effectiveness
2. Employee Engagement Support:
• Assist in planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events
• Support communication of engagement calendars, campaigns, and activities
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for participation and logistics
• Track engagement participation and help in creating summary reports
• Contribute ideas for improving employee experience initiatives
3. Data & Reporting:
• Maintain updated trackers for L&D and engagement activities
• Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for leadership review
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates across systems
4. Stakeholder Coordination:
• Work closely with HR Business Partners, COE teams, and vendors
• Support communication with employees and managers regarding programs
• Ensure smooth execution of all assigned initiatives through coordination follow-ups
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced HR environment
• Interest in HR, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement
