Role Description The HR Executive role at Counsel Union is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The HR Executive will handle employee relations, support performance management processes, and assist in resolving workplace issues in a fair and confidential manner. Responsibilities also include supporting recruitment activities, coordinating training and development initiatives, and contributing to HR policy implementation and continuous improvement to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to oversee core HR functions and support organizational goals.
Candidates should possess solid HR Operations and HR Policies skills to manage processes, documentation, and compliance effectively.
Candidates should possess effective Employee Relations skills to build trust, address concerns, and promote a respectful, inclusive workplace culture.
Relevant educational background such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Prior experience in an HR executive or generalist role, ideally within education, training, or wellness-focused organizations, is an advantage.
