APCOLLP is a growing Chartered Accountancy firm based in Noida Sector 62, offering a comprehensive suite of professional services including Accounting & Bookkeeping, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Statutory & Internal Audit, Risk Advisory (Fintech), and Regulatory Compliance to a diverse and expanding client portfolio spanning multiple industries. Our Risk Advisory practice works closely with Fintech clients on governance, compliance frameworks, and risk management — giving our team exposure well beyond traditional CA-firm work.
We're looking for a detail-oriented "General Ledger Accountant" to join our team and support day-to-day accounting operations and statutory compliance across client engagements.
Position: General Ledger Accountant
Experience Required: 2–5 years (CA Firm / Accounting background preferred)
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Semi-Qualified CA / CMA (Inter) or equivalent
Location: Noida, Sector 62
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile the General Ledger (GL) for multiple client accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Pass and review journal entries, accruals, provisions, and month-end/year-end closing entries
- Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and inter-company reconciliations
- Prepare trial balances and assist in finalization of books of accounts
- Support preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) as per applicable accounting standards
- Assist with TDS computation, GST reconciliation (GSTR-2B vs books), and other statutory compliance data as required
- Coordinate with clients to resolve accounting queries and gather supporting documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in Tally / Zoho Books / other accounting software
- Support statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit requirements with schedules and reconciliations
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of vouchers, invoices, and supporting records.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime,MS Excel; exposure to Zoho Books or other cloud accounting software is a plus
- Sound understanding of General Ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions
- Ability to independently handle multiple client books simultaneously
- Good communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under deadlines, especially during audit and return-filing seasons
Compensation
