Job Description: Accounts & Finance Executive (India & US Accounting)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to manage both India and US accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in statutory compliance, bookkeeping, payroll, taxation, financial reporting, and accounting software such as Tally and QuickBooks. The role requires working closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants, auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely compliance.
Key Responsibility:
India Accounting & Compliance
Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and books of accounts for statutory audit.
Handle GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliation, refunds, and knowledge of applicable GST laws.
Prepare and file Professional Tax returns.
Manage STPI compliance, including Softex form generation, submission, coordination with STPI authorities, and bank reconciliations.
Coordinate Provident Fund (PF) and ESIC compliance, including return filing and liaison with consultants.
Ensure compliance with basic labour laws, including minimum wages, salary structure, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate ROC filings and work with the Company Secretary on statutory matters.
Understand and support compliance related to FEMA, MCA, and other regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
US Accounting
Manage day-to-day accounting activities using QuickBooks.
Prepare invoices and maintain accurate customer billing records.
Support US payroll processing, including salary calculations, leave accounting, and payroll reconciliations.
Assist with US tax-related filings and compliance (including W-2 and other applicable tax forms) in coordination with external accountants.
Manage payment follow-ups and accounts receivable.
Maintain and organize financial documents, Statements of Account (SOA), Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), and related financial records.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CA Inter/CMA Inter is an added advantage.
3–6 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Strong knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, statutory compliance, and payroll.
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime and QuickBooks.
Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
