Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Founder’s Office Intern who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, and working across strategy, business development, operations, and technology.
You will work closely with the Founder on high-priority projects and help build smarter, more efficient ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with the Founder on strategic and high-priority projects.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business research.
Identify potential clients and support lead generation, outreach, pitching, and proposals.
Analyse workflows across departments and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation.
Build dashboards, trackers, systems, and SOPs to improve execution.
Identify repetitive tasks and use AI and automation to simplify and streamline processes.
Explore and implement AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, and no-code/low-code solutions.
Track business and departmental metrics and provide data-backed insights.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion.
Qualifications
B.Tech/B.E. is mandatory, preferably in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.
Strong interest in AI, automation, technology, business strategy, and problem-solving.
Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and automate processes.
Strong analytical, communication, and execution skills.
Proactive, curious, and comfortable taking ownership.
Prior internship/project experience in strategy, business, technology, operations, or business development is preferred.
Immediate availability for a full-time, 6-month internship.
Comfortable working from our Kirti Nagar office.
