Role Description The Client Servicing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with clients and coordinating internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns. This role involves understanding client objectives, preparing and presenting proposals, and ensuring timely execution of media, creative, and production deliverables. The Client Servicing Executive will track project timelines, maintain status reports, and proactively address client queries and concerns. The role also includes collaborating with the strategy, creative, and digital teams to optimize campaign performance, gather feedback, and support long-term client relationships and account growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Client Services and Client Relations skills to manage expectations and build long-term partnerships.
Candidates should possess effective Presentations and communication skills to clearly convey ideas, strategies, and campaign performance.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service capabilities to respond promptly and professionally to client needs and issues.
Candidates should possess Account Management skills to oversee projects, manage timelines, and coordinate with internal teams.
Relevant experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency environment is highly beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for documentation, reporting, and presentations.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
