Responsibilities:
Efficiently process benefit claims, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.
Serve as a responsive guide for claimants, ensuring smooth transactions.
Meticulously maintain and verify claim documentation for compliance.
Investigate claims thoroughly, ensuring fairness and fraud mitigation.
Apply deep knowledge of policies and regulations for consistent adjudication.
Analyze claim data to drive continuous improvement and risk assessment.
Collaborate internally and externally for seamless claim resolution.
Uphold ethical standards, fairness, and integrity in all interactions.
Contact with insurance companies RM and take the follow ups.
Requirements:
At least 1 year Experience
Knowledge in Health insurance, legal and medical technology
Good knowledge about IRDAI
Strategical thinking
Analytical ability
Ability to remain calm under pressure and work through challenging claim
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution
