Job Description: Hospital Digital Coordinator — On-Site Resource
Location: On-site, at the hospital in Saharanpur Reports To: Digital Dreams Inc. (Agency) & Hospital Admin Work Type: Full-time, on-site, daily hospital presence
Role Summary The Hospital Digital Coordinator is the single point of contact between the hospital's floor operations and Digital Dreams Inc.'s marketing team. This role exists to close the gap between what happens inside the hospital and what gets communicated online — capturing real patient stories, funneling reviews, and making sure no digital inquiry goes unanswered. The coordinator is what keeps the review-funneling, content, and social-conversion workstreams running day to day, beyond the initial 90-day build.
Key Responsibilities
Capture patient testimonials and outcome stories (with consent) as they happen on the hospital floor
Coordinate doctor participation in authority content and structured review requests
Manage real-time WhatsApp and Google Business Profile leads so no inquiry goes unanswered
Run the day-to-day review-funneling workflow with front-desk and discharge staff
Shoot and share photo/video content (patient-outcome stories, doctor features, facility shots) for social and GBP posting
Report weekly activity and lead response times directly to hospital administration and the agency team
Measured By
Lead response time — target under 15 minutes (tracked via weekly activity log)
Testimonials and content pieces captured per week
Reviews generated per week, tracked against hospital admin sign-off
Requirements
Comfortable approaching patients and doctors for testimonials and consent-based content capture
Basic photo/video shooting and smartphone content skills — training on specifics will be provided
Organized and consistent with follow-up — daily reporting and review-funneling workflows depend on it
Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Google Business Profile, and basic spreadsheet reporting
Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or front-desk/patient coordination roles preferred but not mandatory
Equipment Candidate Should Have
A good camera mobile phone — capable of clear photo and video capture in typical hospital lighting, for testimonials, doctor features, and GBP/social content
A laptop — for daily reporting, WhatsApp Web/GBP lead management, and coordinating with the agency team
