Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Patiala, responsible for overseeing daily operations and performance of the branch. This role includes managing academic and administrative activities, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards. The Branch Manager will monitor student admissions, retention, and satisfaction, coordinate with academic teams to maintain quality of teaching, and implement initiatives to meet enrollment and revenue targets. The position involves regular interaction with parents, students, and local stakeholders, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a supportive environment aligned with Narayana’s mission and values. The Branch Manager will also prepare reports, track key performance indicators, and collaborate with senior management to support strategic goals.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising teams and driving performance.
Operational and administrative management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, and process compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with educational or institutional management systems.
Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and use metrics to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in branch management, school administration, or education services is highly beneficial.
Strong problem-solving skills, integrity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
