About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

Company Description
Sneakare is a New Delhi-based fastest-growing sneaker care brand, built for people who genuinely love what they are wearing on their feet. We market premium, no-nonsense products — cleaning kits, insoles, suede care, and storage solutions — designed to help sneaker fans protect what they paid for and wear what they love, longer. We started small, made it to Shark Tank India, and haven't slowed down since. Our team is young, fast-moving, and obsessed with getting things right — whether that's a product formula, a listing copy, or a customer interaction. We care about quality over shortcuts, ownership over excuses, and learning over ego.
Job Summary
We're looking for a hands-on HR Executive with 3+ years of experience across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Payroll support to join Sneakare's HR team. This role owns the complete employee lifecycle - from sourcing and onboarding to payroll inputs and exit - across both our corporate (E-commerce, Marketing, Operations) and warehouse teams. You'll work closely with the hiring managers to keep hiring, operations, and payroll running smoothly as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Office roles (E-commerce, Marketing & Operations) and Warehouse roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, and recruitment vendors/agencies for niche or bulk hiring.
• Screen resumes and profiles, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and drive timely feedback loops.
• Extend and negotiate offers; ensure timely offer rollout and closures against hiring TATs.
• Manage onboarding — documentation, background verification, and induction for new joiners.
• Maintain and update ATS (GreytHR) records; track sourcing channels, funnel stages, and time-to-fill.
• Build and maintain a ready pipeline for high-churn warehouse roles to reduce time-to-hire during peak/seasonal demand.
2. HR Operations:
• Maintain attendance and leave records across corporate and warehouse teams; ensure timely regularization.
• Prepare and issue employee documentation — offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and internal communication.
• Coordinate exit formalities — resignation acceptance, clearance, and exit interviews.
• Maintain HRMS (HROne) records, employee master data, and org structure.
• Prepare HR MIS reports (headcount, attrition, hiring status) in MS Excel.
• Support rollout and communication of HR policies across corporate and warehouse locations.
3. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling:
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and support execution of the engagement calendar.
• Act as a first point of contact for employee queries and day-to-day concerns.
• Handle first-level employee grievances with discretion and escalate appropriately.
• Support culture-building efforts that bridge corporate and warehouse teams.
4. Payroll & Compliance
• Collect, verify, and submit monthly payroll inputs — attendance, LOP, new joiners, exits, and salary revisions — within cutoff timelines.
• Coordinate with the payroll partner/finance team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
• Resolve employee payroll queries — salary slips, reimbursements, TDS, and full & final settlements.
• Support statutory compliance tracking (PF, ESIC, PT as applicable) in coordination with the payroll partner.
• Assist with annual compensation review inputs and increment/revision letter rollout.
Requirements:
1. Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience across Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, preferably from a D2C or e-commerce background.
• Experience in hiring for E-commerce, Marketing, Operations, and Warehouse roles.
2. Skills & Tools
• Hands-on experience with HRMS and ATS platforms (Sneakare uses HROne); comfortable learning new tools quickly.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel for MIS and payroll input tracking.
• Working understanding of payroll cycles and statutory compliance basics (PF/ESIC/PT).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work across corporate and warehouse teams.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines (recruitment TATs + monthly payroll cutoffs) in parallel.
Location: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: HR Manager
