Social Media Manager

Tiger Roadveer Welfare Foundation is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team at New Delhi House, Connaught Place.
Tiger Roadveer is a community-first initiative focused on creating Kamai and Swa-Rojgar opportunities and building a strong, engaged community.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate with the AI Video Generation Team
Coordinate with the Creative Team and review content quality
Plan, schedule & publish content
Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube
Develop proactive campaign and content ideas
Plan content around community initiatives, opportunities and campaigns
Drive community growth and engagement
Own LinkedIn-specific content, publishing and growth KPIs
Track performance and improve content based on insights
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in social media, content or digital marketing
Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube
Good content ideation and campaign-planning skills
Experience with content scheduling and publishing
Understanding of Reels/short-form video and digital trends
Ability to coordinate with creative, AI and editing teams
Strong communication, organisation and execution skills
LinkedIn experience is a strong requirement
Marathi/Hindi content understanding is an advantage
