About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Renewals Sales Team. This is a great opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience to build their career in EdTech sales and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with existing customers and understand their requirements.
Handle renewal conversations and explain relevant programs and offerings.
Build strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
Address customer concerns and objections effectively.
Drive renewals and achieve assigned monthly targets.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the renewal process.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 0–1 year of EdTech/Sales experience are preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English and Hindi.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Willing to work from office in HSR Layout, Bangalore.
Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within a short notice period are preferred.
Work Schedule
Work From Office – HSR Layout, Bangalore
6 days working with 1 rotational weekday off.
Saturday and Sunday working is mandatory.
