Role Description The Account Manager will manage client relationships, ensuring that project requirements are clearly understood, documented, and communicated to internal teams. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring regular interaction with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, monitoring progress, addressing client queries, preparing reports, and supporting contract and billing processes. The Account Manager will also identify opportunities to expand accounts, improve service delivery, and support issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
Experience in account management, project coordination, or client servicing, ideally within construction, infrastructure, real estate, or related industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present information clearly and negotiate when needed.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Comfort with data, documentation, and basic reporting tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or project management software).
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn about construction processes and terminology.
