Role Description
We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive to be the key link between clients and our internal teams. The role involves understanding client requirements, managing communication and follow-ups, coordinating with creative, marketing, operations, and other teams, tracking project timelines and deliverables, and ensuring smooth execution. The candidate should be proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of projects from brief to completion.
Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
* Strong written and verbal communication and client-handling skills.
* Good coordination, follow-up, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and deadlines effectively.
* Comfortable working with PowerPoint, Canva, Google Sheets/Excel, or similar tools.
* Experience in creative agencies, marketing, events, activations, or D2C will be an added advantage.
