Steam Auditor-Techno-Commercial Engineer

Position – STEAM AUDITOR
Location: Mahad, Maharashtra
Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.)
We are looking for an experienced Steam Auditor / Steam Systems Engineer with strong expertise in steam systems, maintenance, energy efficiency, and steam audits.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct steam system audits and assess steam consumption, efficiency, and system performance.
Identify abnormalities, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective & improvement solutions.
Implement improvement initiatives to achieve steam and energy savings.
Maintain steam system uptime above 98%.
Manage spares and inventory for steam systems.
Independently execute Predictive Maintenance (PdM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities.
Monitor steam systems across plant operations and ensure reliable performance.
Calculate and track steam savings, maintain relevant records, and take corrective action for any variance.
Train and develop identified teams on steam systems, maintenance, and energy efficiency.
Ensure continuous improvement and sustained performance of steam systems.
Candidate Profile
B.E. / Bachelor of Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in the steam industry or hands-on responsibility for steam system maintenance/improvement in a reputed industry.
Strong understanding of basic steam engineering and steam systems.
Experience in steam audits, steam assessment, troubleshooting, maintenance, and energy-saving initiatives.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong ability to independently manage maintenance and improvement activities.
Candidate must be willing to relocate to Mahad, Maharashtra, for a minimum period of 1 year.
