🚀 We're Hiring: Social Media Manager (Team Lead) — Reechd Co

Reechd Co is a Digital Growth Partner agency helping local and international clients with Social Media Management, Performance Marketing, Automation, and more. We're looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can lead our team and own strategy end-to-end.
What You'll Do
Lead and manage the social media team — assign tasks, review output, and ensure quality and deadlines are met
Own social media strategy and execution across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp for multiple client accounts
Interact directly with clients to understand their business and accurately capture what they actually need — not just what they ask for
Plan and oversee content calendars, campaigns, and posting schedules
Review and approve content (copy, creatives, reels) before it goes live
Track performance metrics and translate data into actionable strategy
Manage client communication and expectations around deliverables
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the AI content team to keep output on-brand and on-time
Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and content formats
What We're Looking For
2+ years of hands-on social media management experience (agency experience preferred)
Proven experience managing or leading a team
Sharp, client-facing communicator — able to ask the right questions and translate vague client briefs into clear requirements
Strong grasp of content strategy, platform algorithms, and analytics
Comfortable working with fast turnarounds across multiple accounts
Bonus: familiarity with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and AI content workflows
