Bebymil is seeking a results-driven Sales Marketing Executive to join the team.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Sales Marketing Executive.
As a marketing executive at Bebymil , you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase our market presence and drive promotional strategies. Your role will essential in helping sales-team achieve our business objectives and reach our target audience effectively.

Role & Tasks :
Create and implement inclusive marketing strategies by utilizing different mediums , creating content to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns and setting measurable KPIs .
Create and implement inclusive digital marketing strategies by utilizing different digital mediums and setting measurable KPIs .
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective marketing campaign execution .
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new growth opportunities .
Manage digital campaigns, optimize website performance , monitor performance reports, analyze data, including organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates to improve user experience and drive lead generation ; and make data-driven recommendations optimize website performance .
Create and curate social media campaigns (including sales campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads) and regular community management.
Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization to increase website rankings and drive organic traffic.
Analyze analytics and engagement metrics to measure campaign performance.
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports to stakeholders.
Qualification & Skill requirement :
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related fields.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing.
A diploma or degree in Pharma / Bioscience is an advantage point.
Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and or Search Console.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, email marketing and social media.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Experience with graphic design and content production.
Knowledge of website CMS and marketing automation tools.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and website design best practices.
Certifications in Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar.
Fluency in English, Hindi and at least one regional language.
