Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Developer with 2+ years of experience in PHP-based web application development, Drupal customization, and WordPress development.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in CMS development, custom plugin/module development, website optimization, security best practices, and database management.
The candidate should be capable of handling complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities, including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain web applications using Core PHP.
Develop and maintain Drupal themes and modules.
Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins.
Customize and extend existing WordPress plugins and themes.
Build responsive and user-friendly websites using Elementor and WPBakery.
Optimize website performance, speed, and Core Web Vitals.
Implement WordPress and Drupal security best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Write clean, scalable, reusable, and well-documented code.
Create and optimize MySQL database structures and queries.
Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and project managers.
Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.
Deploy and maintain applications on Linux/Ubuntu servers.
Manage hosting environments and control panels such as cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, CyberPanel, or similar.
Ensure websites are SEO-friendly and technically optimized.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and sprint activities.
Maintain project documentation and technical specifications.

Proven experience in WordPress plugin/theme development.
Strong understanding of database optimization and website performance.
Ability to independently handle development tasks and client requirements.
Portfolio of live websites/projects will be an added advantage.
