Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP PM/CS Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Customer Service (CS) processes, with strong integration knowledge across SAP S/4HANA and other modules.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and support SAP PM and CS business processes.
Configure Technical Objects including Equipment, Functional Locations, and Serial Numbers.
Configure Maintenance Plans, Maintenance Items, Task Lists, and Maintenance Strategies.
Handle Preventive, Corrective, Breakdown, and Emergency Maintenance processes.
Configure Maintenance Notifications and Maintenance Orders.
Manage Service Notifications, Service Orders, and Customer Service processes.
Configure Service Contracts, Warranty Management, and Installed Base where applicable.
Configure Equipment Master and Functional Location hierarchies.
Work on spare parts, material reservations, procurement, and inventory integration.
Configure Work Centers, Planning, Scheduling, Capacity Planning, and confirmations.
Handle order settlement, costing, and financial integration with SAP CO/FI.
Work on integration with MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, and QM modules.
Support SAP S/4HANA PM/CS implementation, rollout, migration, and upgrade projects.
Analyze business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
Coordinate with ABAP teams for enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues.
Prepare configuration documents, test scripts, user guides, and process documentation.
Coordinate with business users and stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design.
Support data migration, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in SAP PM and CS.
Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Asset Management.
Experience with SAP Fiori applications related to PM/CS.
Strong understanding of maintenance and customer service processes.
Good integration knowledge with MM, SD, FI/CO, PP, and QM.
Experience in configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
Ability to prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Experience
6–10+ years of SAP PM/CS experience.
At least one or more end-to-end implementation/rollout projects.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation.
Knowledge of SAP Asset Management / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
Experience working in client-facing roles and leading small functional teams.
