Role Description The Architect will work full time on-site in Jaipur, contributing to the design and delivery of architectural projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating detailed architectural design, and supporting integration of structural, MEP, and interior elements. The role involves collaborating with clients and consultants, participating in project meetings, and assisting in project management activities such as scheduling, documentation, and site coordination. The Architect will also help ensure compliance with local building codes and standards, prepare presentations, and support construction oversight to maintain design intent and quality.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations.
Experience with Integration of multidisciplinary inputs (structural, services, interiors) into cohesive design solutions.
Exposure to Software Development or design-related digital tools is beneficial, especially for parametric design, automation, or workflow optimization.
Demonstrated Project Management skills, including organizing tasks, tracking timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and managing project documentation.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar BIM tools, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in India; familiarity with sustainable and climate-responsive design principles is an advantage.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or progress toward licensure is a plus.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
