Production Supervisor

• Supervise shift-wise production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.
• Manage Strip Enamelling, CTC Covering, Extrusion, and Rolling Mill operations.
• Plan and deploy manpower based on production requirements and employee skill sets.
• Monitor production output, machine utilization, line speed, process efficiency, and downtime.
• Ensure process parameters, product quality, productivity, safety, and delivery standards are maintained.
• Supervise Strip Enamelling, including enamel application, curing temperature, coating thickness, insulation quality, and process losses.
• Manage CTC Covering operations, including insulation application, tension, alignment, winding, and product quality.
• Monitor Extrusion parameters such as temperature, line speed, material feeding, insulation thickness, diameter, and cooling conditions.
• Supervise Rolling Mill operations, ensuring required strip thickness, width, flatness, surface quality, and dimensional accuracy.
• Identify production bottlenecks and coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Stores, and other departments for timely resolution.
• Minimize rejection, rework, scrap, material wastage, and machine idle time.
• Ensure proper shift handover, production reporting, and communication of pending jobs and abnormalities.
Candidates with hands-on experience in electrical conductor/copper manufacturing and exposure to Strip Enamelling, CTC Covering, Extrusion, and Rolling Mill processes will be preferred.
