Company Details:- Our client is a media company specializing in corporate advertising and media solutions.
Designation: Branch Head
Job Location: Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations & Management: Oversee all operational aspects, including distribution, local administration, sales coordination, and HR support.
Strategic Business Development: Assess local market conditions to identify prospective sales opportunities, formulate business plans, and drive revenue growth.
Target & KPI Management: Set and track manager-wise targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and Key Result Areas (KRAs).
Team Leadership & Development: Train, coach, and motivate branch personnel to optimize team performance and build strong strategic capabilities.
Reporting & Compliance: Generate MIS reports for Management, maintain high ethical standards, and ensure full compliance with regulatory laws.
Client & Employee Relations: Resolve customer and employee issues promptly while sharing market intelligence and best practices with the Head Office.
Key Requirements
Education: BBA, MBA, or any Graduate degree.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of overall experience (with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience).
Core Skills: Upselling & cross-selling, negotiation, team handling, time management, and business development.
Technical & Analytical Competencies: Proficiency in CRM software, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and product knowledge.
Note:- Experience from Media Advertising & Marketing is a Must.
