Internship People Operations Automation

Location: Eindhoven | 32-40 hours | 5-6 months or longer

Someone who sees a repetitive process and immediately thinks: "There has to be a smarter way to do this."
Your Challenge
As our People Operations Automation Intern, you'll help identify opportunities where technology can make HR processes more efficient and user-friendly. You'll be working at the intersection of HR, Technology, AI, and Process Improvement.
Think about questions like:
Can we automate repetitive HR tasks?
How can AI help employees find answers faster?
Can robots do some of the manual work for us?
How can we make HR processes simpler and more efficient?
Together with HR professionals, you'll explore, design, test, and implement automation solutions that have a real impact on employees and HR teams.
What You'll Be Working On

Help design and implement automation solutions.
Analyze results and continuously improve solutions.
Train and support colleagues in adopting new technologies.
Who Are You?
BSc or MSc in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a related field
Curious and eager to learn
Interested in AI, automation and digital innovation
Analytical and solution-oriented
No need to know everything yet. A passion for technology and improvement is more important than having all the answers. This internship could potentially be suitable as a Graduation/Thesis Assignment.
