Finance leader responsible for financial controllership, operational excellence, stakeholder management, digital transformation and talent development across enterprise finance functions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Individual Contributor
Lead month-end, quarter-end and year-end close
Review complex journal entries, accruals and adjustments
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS and SOX
Drive balance sheet integrity and financial statement reviews
Perform variance analysis, financial storytelling and risk management
People Leadership
Lead managers, team leads and accountants
Develop succession plans and coaching programs
Drive engagement, retention and capability building
Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Stakeholder Management
Partner with Controllers, Directors and Business Leaders
Lead governance reviews and executive presentations
Manage escalations and strengthen stakeholder satisfaction
Collaborate with Audit, Tax, Treasury, HR and IT teams

Qualifications - External
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce
MBA, CA, CPA, CMA, and ACCA
12+ years of Finance & Accounting experience
5+ years leading large global teams
Techno-Functional Capabilities
Experience with SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, BlackLine and OneStream
Advanced analytics using Power BI and Excel
Ability to lead RPA, AI and workflow automation initiatives
Ability drive Lean, Six Sigma and finance transformation programs.
