Website Developer
About the Role
We are looking for a Website Developer who can take completed UI/UX designs and turn them into a fully functional, responsive, and well-structured website.
The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of practical experience in website development and be comfortable working closely with a UI/UX designer to accurately implement designs, layouts, content, animations, and interactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop websites based on provided UI/UX designs, layouts, and design systems.
* Convert Figma/design files into clean, responsive, and functional web pages.
* Ensure the website looks and functions correctly across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
* Implement all required text, images, product information, videos, buttons, forms, and other content according to the design.
* Add basic animations, transitions, hover states, and interactive elements where required.
* Work with the UI/UX designer to ensure the final website matches the intended design.
* Build websites with clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
* Integrate basic backend functionality, APIs, forms, CMS, or databases where required.
* Optimize the website for performance, responsiveness, SEO basics, and usability.
* Identify and fix bugs, layout issues, and responsiveness problems.
* Make future content and design updates easy to manage.
Required Skills
* 1–2 years of experience in web development.
* Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
* Experience with modern frameworks such as React / Next.js is preferred.
* Experience converting Figma designs into functional websites.
* Good understanding of responsive web design.
* Basic knowledge of APIs and backend integration.
* Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
* Good attention to detail, especially when matching designs accurately.
Preferred
* Experience with Next.js, React, Node.js, or similar modern web technologies.
* Experience with CMS platforms or headless CMS.
* Basic understanding of SEO and website performance optimization.
* Experience working with e-commerce or product-based websites.
* Ability to suggest technical improvements when a design may not be practical to implement.
What We’re Looking For
We are not looking for a senior developer or a large development team. We need someone who can independently take a finished UI/UX design and turn it into a complete, polished, working website.
The developer should be comfortable handling the website from design handoff → development → content integration → testing → final launch.
Experience-
1–2 years of professional or strong freelance/project-based experience.
