Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sr. Technical Trainer role based in Ahmedabad. The Sr. Technical Trainer will deliver classroom and lab-based training in hardware, networking, servers, cloud technologies, CCNA, and cyber security, using structured curricula and hands-on exercises. Responsibilities include designing and updating training content, creating lab scenarios, preparing training materials, and ensuring alignment with industry certifications and current technologies. The trainer will assess learner performance through assignments, tests, and practical evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and mentor learners toward successful course completion and job readiness. The role also involves conducting demo sessions, supporting academic planning, collaborating with other trainers, maintaining training infrastructure, and contributing to continuous improvement of training methodologies and outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong background as a Technical Trainer with expertise in Technical Training, Training & Development, and Training delivery.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, facilitation, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
Hands-on expertise in hardware, networking, servers, cloud technologies, CCNA-level networking concepts, and cyber security fundamentals.
Experience designing or customizing course content, lab exercises, and assessments for IT infrastructure and security domains.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA A+/N+, Microsoft, cloud or security certifications) are highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to manage classrooms, mentor diverse learners, and maintain a professional, inclusive learning environment.
Comfort with using Learning Management Systems (LMS), online tools, and digital content for blended learning.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
