DHS Certification Mandatory
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and technical requirements and prepare comprehensive testing strategies.
Create and execute test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing.
Test web applications across different browsers, devices, and environments.
Conduct accessibility testing to identify usability and accessibility issues.
Validate applications against relevant accessibility standards and guidelines.
Perform testing using accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies.
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through to resolution.
Perform regression testing after defect fixes and application enhancements.
Collaborate with developers, UI/UX teams, product teams, and other stakeholders to resolve identified issues.
Review application requirements and designs from a QA and accessibility perspective.
Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, defects, and accessibility findings.
Participate in release validation and ensure application quality before production deployment.
Support continuous improvement of QA processes, testing methodologies, and accessibility practices.

Required Technical Skills
2–3 years of experience in Software QA / Application Testing.
Mandatory: DHS Certification.
Experience in Manual Testing or Automation Testing
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Strong knowledge of writing and executing test cases and test scenarios.
Experience testing web applications for accessibility and usability.
Knowledge of accessibility testing tools such as NVDA, JAWS, or similar assistive technologies is preferred/required as per project requirements.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand and troubleshoot accessibility issues.
Basic knowledge of API testing using tools such as Postman is an advantage.
