Role Description The Strategy and Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves supporting client engagements through market and business research, data analysis, and preparation of strategic recommendations and presentations. The associate will help design and refine internal processes, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and ensure operational efficiency across ongoing projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include liaising with clients, documenting requirements, tracking project milestones, and collaborating with senior consultants on strategy development. The role also includes contributing to client deliverables, maintaining high service standards, and providing operational support to enhance overall client experience.
Qualifications
Strong operations skills, including process optimization, project coordination, and workflow management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Solid analytical skills for interpreting data, evaluating business challenges, and supporting strategic recommendations.
Customer service orientation with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and relationship-building.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, economics, or a related field; consulting or operations experience is an advantage.
Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, project management software).
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced consulting environment.
Interest in strategy consulting across brand, business, and legal domains, with a willingness to learn and grow.
