Summary
Provides strategic and high-level administrative support to the CEO and other senior executives. Manages complex schedules, high-stakes communications, and sensitive cross-functional initiatives. Operates with a high degree of autonomy, professionalism, and discretion in support of organizational leadership.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manages intricate and dynamic calendars for C-level executives, balancing high-priority meetings, travel, and strategic planning.
Coordinates complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistical support.
Prepares executive-level communications, presentations, and materials for internal and external engagements.
Acts as a trusted liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Organizes executive team events, board meetings, and customer visits with precision and discretion.
Proactively identifies and resolves administrative and operational issues, enabling executive productivity.
Tracks critical action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure organizational alignment and accountability.
Qualifications
8–10 years of experience in executive support roles, including 4+ years supporting C-level leaders
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
Advanced proficiency with calendaring tools, communication platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
