Technical Operations Engineer

Location:* Mumbai (Office-based)

*About the Role:*
We’re looking for a practical, hands-on person to help with setting up devices and managing basic network configurations in our office. You don’t need prior experience with specific hardware — we’ll train you. What matters is that you’re comfortable using Linux and understand basic networking.
This role suits someone who enjoys working with systems, troubleshooting issues, and learning on the job.
*Responsibilities:*
* Install and set up Linux operating systems on devices
* Configure SSH and remote access
* Assign IP addresses and set up network connections for cameras and devices
* Help configure VPN routers and local networks
* Install software and keep systems updated
* Test setups and fix connectivity issues
* Support day-to-day technical setup work
* Maintain simple documentation of configurations
*Requirements:*
* Comfortable working with Linux (command line basics)
* Basic understanding of networking (IP addresses, routers, LAN)
* Good problem-solving skills
* Willing to learn and work hands-on with hardware
* Reliable and organized
*Nice to Have:*
* Basic scripting (Bash/Python)
* Experience setting up routers or network devices
