Hiring For: Leading Company having chain of diagnostic centres
📍 Location: Gurgaon
💼 Industry: Healthcare/ Diagnostics
🗓️ Experience: 2–4 Years
Key Responsibilities:
1. Designing & implementing various talent management programs for different Talent groups like Hi potential identification, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Talent Reviews, Talent Profiles, career paths etc
2. Talent Analytics & Insights
3. Leadership Development
4. Campus Engagement & Development program
Key Skills
* Experience: 2 – 4 years
* Qualification Background: MBA/PGPM (HR)
Prior Experience/Background:
* Experience in Talent Management
* Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent service orientation, interpersonal team skills, flexibility, initiative and team-work • Ability to prioritize effectively and facilitate actions across teams, commitment to follow –through
* Advances MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
