We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging and creative content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms.
Develop, plan, and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Design and maintain content calendars for regular posting and campaign execution.
Create social media captions, reel concepts, stories, and promotional content.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
Coordinate with designers and content writers to develop compelling marketing creatives.
Manage social media communities and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Track, analyze, and report social media performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
Support lead generation initiatives through organic and paid social media activities.
Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Canva to improve content creation and productivity.
Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, tools, and best practices.
Candidate Requirements:
0–1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Canva AI.
Creative mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
