About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling tech services firm operating across BFSI, Healthcare, and E-commerce domains, we build and validate mission-critical software products for global clients. Our QA team ensures zero-defect releases through automation, manual testing, and agile collaboration—working alongside developers, product owners, and DevOps to ship reliable, user-centric software at speed.
Role & Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end manual test cases across web and mobile applications based on functional & regression requirements.
Log, track, and retest bugs using JIRA or similar tools; ensure clear reproduction steps and prioritization.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to align testing with agile delivery cycles.
Assist in building test data, setting up test environments, and validating API responses via Postman or similar tools.
Collaborate with developers to understand features and improve test coverage for critical user journeys.
Document test results, maintain traceability matrices, and contribute to test automation frameworks as per team roadmap.
