UI UX Designer

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐞 𝐭𝐨 -
Interact with prospects and understand their business goals.
Research & Create user personas, user journey, and information architecture to lay foundation for top notch product experience.
You would also have to present your research to the client.
Create a low & high fidelity wireframe during the pre-sales and post-sales phase to help clients understand the user journey.
You would be required to guide the development team about the user journey.
You will also be expected to design high quality user interfaces and get those approved from clients.
You will also be expected to ensure the development team has all the design assets as and when they need it.
You’d have to ensure the design handoff to the development team is smooth and there are no gaps in the handoff.
You’ll have to closely review the development builds and provide feedback to ensure your UX/UI recommendations are adhered to.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 -
Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken is a must for this role.
Should have very strong analytical skills.
Should be confident, organized, humble, patient, soft spoken, quick learner and most importantly driven to excel.
Should have 4+ experience doing UX/UI for Mobile App Development projects.
Should understand Human interface guidelines.
Should have basic knowledge on the app development process.
Ability to come up with new concepts and help clients innovate is a big value add.
Should have solid hands on experience with Figma.
Should have design thinking.
Knowledge in scrum will make your application stronger.
