Core Technical Recruiter – ServiceNow Hiring Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Core Technical Recruiter with 6–10 years of IT recruitment experience, including 4–5 years of recent, hands-on expertise in ServiceNow hiring.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex talent acquisition challenges, and has a proven track record of successfully hiring for niche and hard-to-fill ServiceNow positions.
In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and technical stakeholders to attract and secure top-tier ServiceNow professionals. From understanding workforce requirements and developing strategic sourcing initiatives to managing interviews, negotiating offers, and delivering an exceptional onboarding experience, you will play a critical role in strengthening our ServiceNow practice and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle of recruitment for ServiceNow.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
Source, engage, and assess high-quality candidates through multiple channels.
Drive candidate experience excellence throughout the recruitment process.
Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and onboarding activities to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to stakeholders, providing market insights and talent intelligence.
Experience to hire from campus.
What We’re Looking For:
4–10 years of experience in IT recruitment, with significant focus on ServiceNow hiring.
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, including key technologies, roles, and market dynamics.
Demonstrated success in closing specialized and niche technology positions.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
A proactive, consultative, and results-oriented approach to talent acquisition.
