We are looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer who can build high-quality applications while actively leveraging AI to improve engineering productivity, automation, and product capabilities.
About the Role
As an FullStack Developer, you will design, develop, integrate, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN Stack, while incorporating modern Generative AI and automation capabilities.
You will work extensively with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and Next.js, along with AI technologies such as LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, AI APIs, n8n, and AI-assisted development tools.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building products, solving complex technical problems, experimenting with emerging AI technologies, and continuously improving software engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack MERN Development
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN Stack.
Build robust backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Develop modern, responsive frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
Implement Next.js features including SSR, SSG, routing, middleware, and API routes.
Build reusable components, libraries, and scalable frontend architectures.
Design and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, indexes, and database structures.
Work with MySQL and PostgreSQL where required.
Implement caching mechanisms using Redis.
Build real-time applications using WebSockets and Socket.IO.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
Design and implement scalable microservices and backend architectures.
AI & GenAI Engineering
Integrate Generative AI and LLM capabilities into modern web applications.
Build AI-powered features, assistants, copilots, and intelligent business solutions.
Develop and integrate AI Agents and multi-agent workflows.
Work with RAG-based applications, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
Integrate AI models and APIs into backend services and business workflows.
Evaluate AI outputs and continuously improve accuracy, reliability, and performance.
Explore emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for AI-driven product innovation.
AI Automation & Engineering Productivity
Actively use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.
Leverage AI tools for coding, debugging, testing, refactoring, documentation, and code reviews.
Identify repetitive technical and business processes that can be automated using AI.
Experiment with AI Agents and autonomous workflows to improve engineering and operational efficiency.
Promote AI-first engineering practices across development workflows.
Application Architecture & Performance
Design scalable, maintainable, and secure application architectures.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, responsiveness, and reliability.
Implement secure authentication, authorization, API security, and data protection practices.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across frontend, backend, and database layers.
Develop reusable components, services, and architectural patterns.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and web accessibility standards.
Participate in technical architecture and technology decisions.
Cloud & Deployment
Work with cloud-based application infrastructure, primarily AWS.
Containerize applications using Docker.
Work with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
Manage Git-based development workflows using Git and GitHub.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve application reliability and scalability.
Troubleshoot application and production issues across development, staging, and production environments.
Engineering Collaboration & Mentorship
Collaborate with project managers, UI/UX designers, developers, architects, and clients.
Translate business requirements into scalable and reliable technical solutions.
Conduct and participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
Support project teams during planning, development, and implementation.
Foster a culture of ownership, quality, automation, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with engineering leadership on technical and product decisions.
AI-Driven Software Engineering (Mandatory)
• Champion the use of AI in daily software development workflows.

Technical Skills
Must Have
Strong experience with MERN Stack development.
Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.js.
Strong experience with React.js and Next.js.
Strong knowledge of MongoDB.
Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
Experience with scalable backend and frontend architecture.
Experience with Git and GitHub.
Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
Experience with Docker.
Understanding of microservices architecture.
Experience integrating GenAI / LLM APIs.
Understanding of AI Agents, RAG, prompt engineering, or AI workflows.
Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude.
Good to Have
Experience with RAG and vector databases.
Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or other LLM APIs.
Redis and advanced caching strategies.
Kubernetes fundamentals.
CI/CD pipeline experience.
Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Experience with WebSockets / Socket.IO.
Familiarity with headless CMS platforms such as Payload CMS, Contentful, or Sanity.
Experience with React Native.
