Hiring BIM - CAD Trainer / Faculty (Civil Engineering) | Up to 40K | Bengaluru
- Location: Bengaluru (North)
We are looking for a passionate CAD Trainer/Faculty to join our team at EDSCA Global.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver training on BIM tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 & Civil 3D.
2. Deliver training on Structural tools like ETABS, TEKLA, STAAD PRO
3. Develop and implement structured course plans and materials.
4. Guide students on real-world applications of BIM in civil engineering.
5. Provide hands-on sessions with project-based learning.
6. Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and practices.
7. Assist students in project work and portfolio creation.
8. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
9. Collaborate with the team to enhance course quality.
10. Support students in industry certifications and placement opportunities.
11. Promote a learning environment that inspires and motivates students.
Eligibility Criteria :
BE/B-Tech /M-Tech in Civil Engineering.
Required Software Knowledge:
- AutoCAD
- Revit
- Navisworks
- Structural tools like ETABS, TEKLA, STAAD PRO
- 3DS Max, SketchUp, Lumion, Vray
Knowledge of additional Civil Engineering or BIM software will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience: Prior experience working in a training institution will be highly valued.
