Roles and Responsibility
Manage and maintain the institution's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other computer systems.
Provide technical support to students, teachers, and staff members.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT systems and networks.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of IT systems.
Develop and implement new technologies to enhance learning experiences.
Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate measures.
