We’re on the hunt for an In-House Video Editor who doesn’t just cut footage , but crafts stories that make people stop scrolling
🚀 What you’ll be doing:
Turning long-form podcast episodes into clean, tight narratives that hook viewers.
Creating Cinematic podcast trailers that set the tone, build suspense, and make people want to watch the entire episode.
Crafting Short-form Reels & YouTube Shorts that punch hard in the first 3 seconds.
Adding captions, motion graphics, and smart transitions to give each clip a strong identity.
Working closely with our creative team to build a distinct visual language for the brand.
Experimenting. Breaking the mold. Making content that actually gets people talking.

💼 Work Hours & Compensation :
⏰ Work Hours: 5 days a week, in-person at MatteBox Studio (Velachery, Chennai). We care more about output than clock-watching , but we move fast, and we move together.
💸 Salary: Competitive base pay, open to experience-based negotiation, plus performance-based incentives. If your edits go viral or deliver exceptional results, you’ll be rewarded for the impact you create.
