We are looking for a recruitment professional with 1+ years of experience who can independently drive hiring mandates and partner effectively with stakeholders.
📍 Work Structure: 6-day working | Hybrid (3 days' Work from Office, 3 days' Work from Home)
🕘 Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Sunday fixed off)
💰 Compensation: We are open to discuss
Role Overview:
This role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for non-technical positions — from understanding requirements to successful closures. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple roles simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure effective stakeholder management
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social platforms, and referrals
• Manage ATS/ADS platforms, job postings, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely closures with quality hires
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and strong in communication and coordination.
