Role Description The VLSI Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for end-to-end hiring for semiconductor and VLSI positions. Day-to-day activities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating technical discussions with hiring managers. The role involves building and managing talent pipelines, maintaining accurate recruitment data, and ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience. The recruiter will collaborate with technical leads and HR to define role requirements, support workforce planning, and participate in employer branding initiatives targeted at VLSI talent.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of VLSI domains such as Physical Design, Physical Verification, Analog Layout, Design Verification, and DFT, or willingness to quickly learn these areas.
Experience in technical recruitment for semiconductor, EDA, or high-tech engineering roles, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (job boards, LinkedIn and Naukri) and basic data management in spreadsheets or HR systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical professionals and clearly present role expectations.
Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and meet hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Management, or a related field; prior experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
