Dy Manager-Customer Relations

Real Estate candidates are preferred
Should have hands on experience in registration process & Customer communication.
Addressing customers queries related to legal documentation & Sale deed drafts.
Should be clear on Payment Structure & final reconciliation statement with accounts team.
Responsible for creating daily scheduled reports from SAP on registrations scheduled/completed and various other reports on need basis.
Interact with customers and make follow up calls in order to push customer for registration.
To have clear understanding on the documents required for registration (Katha, EC, K2 Challan & sale deed)
Follow up with Banks & Customers for the final disbursement.
Constant follow up emails for those customers who are delaying to complete registration process.
Proper coordination with team members & advocate office for smooth process to complete the registrations.
Co-ordinating with Accounts team to update records and financial transactions.
Preparing Registration statements.
Addressing audit queries post registration.
Required Key Skill
Candidates good in communication (it is vital for both internal and external customers 150 monthly registrations)
Handled a project which is OC received (they would have done registration and can relate it better with our process) .
