Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Monitor department financial performance: Identify opportunities to enhance Food & Beverage department profitability and implement corrective actions
Communicate financial insights: Prepare regular reports and lead weekly meetings to keep departments and leadership informed of trends and cost factors
Collaborate with key stakeholders: Partner with hotel finance team members and the Food & Beverage department to drive financial accuracy and operational alignment
Support department initiatives: Assist the Finance Lead with special projects that contribute to the overall success of the department
