Job Description:
We are seeking a technically proficient and detail-oriented Manager - Integration to manage end-to-end tracking implementations, attribution integrations, and measurement infrastructure across Ultra's web and mobile platforms. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining technical integrations with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), advertising platforms, and internal systems, ensuring accurate data flow, reliable attribution, and seamless interoperability across the advertising ecosystem. The individual will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to troubleshoot complex integration issues, define technical requirements, and drive continuous improvements to Ultra's measurement and tracking capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain integrations with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Singular, Branch, Adjust, Kochava, AppMetrica, and other attribution platforms.
Configure and maintain tracking links, postbacks, server-to-server (S2S) integrations, APIs, and data pipelines to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
Own Ultra's mobile and web measurement infrastructure, including tracking implementation, web and app attribution, redirect validation, domain configurations, and technical troubleshooting.
Manage advertiser technical onboarding, integration validation, and implementation of measurement solutions across mobile and web platforms.
Gather and document technical and product requirements for integration enhancements and coordinate implementation with Product and Engineering teams.
Troubleshoot attribution discrepancies, postback failures, API issues, tracking inconsistencies, and reporting mismatches across internal systems and third-party platforms.
Perform data analysis using Excel, SQL, and database queries to investigate technical issues, validate data accuracy, and support integration testing.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Busniess and external technology partners to implement new integrations, support platform enhancements, and resolve technical escalations.
Stay updated with industry developments, attribution methodologies, privacy frameworks, and MMP product enhancements to continuously improve Ultra's measurement and integration capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in Ad Operations, AdTech, Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs), or digital advertising technologies.
Strong understanding of mobile and web attribution, campaign tracking, postback configurations, APIs, and end-to-end data flows.
Hands-on experience with Mobile Measurement Platforms such as AppsFlyer, Singular, Branch, Adjust, Kochava, AppMetrica, or similar platforms.
Experience implementing and troubleshooting REST APIs, server-to-server (S2S) integrations, and technical tracking solutions.
Familiarity with campaign management and tracking platforms such as Affise or similar advertising technologies.
Good understanding of web technologies, redirect flows, URL parameters, conversion tracking, attribution methodologies, and mobile app measurement.
Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, and database queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to independently debug complex technical issues.
Strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams.
