Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Operations – Mutual Fund role based in Delhi, India. The position involves handling day-to-day mutual fund transaction processing, including purchase, redemption, switches, and systematic plans, while ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines. The role includes reconciling data between internal systems and fund houses, maintaining records, and preparing operational and compliance reports. The team member will coordinate with internal departments and external partners, respond to queries related to mutual fund operations, and support resolution of transaction or account-related issues. The role also requires continuous monitoring of operational workflows, updating client and transaction details, and contributing to process improvements in mutual fund operations.
Experience: 2 to 3 years
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to review transactions, reconcile data, and identify discrepancies in mutual fund operations.
Knowledge of mutual funds and investments, including types of schemes, transaction formats, NAV-based calculations, and regulatory norms.
Solid finance fundamentals, with the ability to interpret financial data, operational reports, and compliance requirements.
Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, internal teams, and external partners, and documenting processes clearly.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools for data management and reporting.
Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and ability to work within defined timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, economics, or a related field; relevant certifications in mutual funds or investments are an advantage.
Prior experience in mutual fund back-office, operations, or financial services will be beneficial.
