Reporting to Corp MRR on the performance of the Integrated management system & MRM findings.
Planning the corrective actions (raised in audits) and verifying their effectiveness after implementation.
Planning and conducting the Management Review Meetings periodically & prepared consolidated summary.
Monitoring progress of objectives of IM system and reporting to MR Processing review meetings.
Safety MIS preparation & action plan monitoring.
Support in IMS implementation at KSB SupremeServ & KSB Tech.
Support in planning & scheduling Internal audits of all locations & to carry out ISO 9001/14001/45001 internal audits at various locations as an internal auditor
