Area(s) of responsibility
Strong proficiency in React JS-Component architecture, hooks, state management, and lifecycle methods.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)-async/await, promises, modules, destructuring, and DOM manipulation
Proficient in CSS-responsive design, Flexbox, Grid, CSS variables, and cross-browser compatibility
Experience with UX/UI changes-translating design mock-ups into functional components, accessibility (WCAG), and user interaction patterns.
Good to have: Experience in Contact Center technologies and CTI integration knowledge.
Experience in Genesys cloud and Genesys API.
Troubleshooting experience in WebRTC.
