Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, and interview coordination
Communicate with candidates and manage HR follow-ups
Connect with potential clients and generate new business leads
Handle calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
Maintain HR and sales records
Support the team with day-to-day HR and business development activities
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident and comfortable speaking with candidates and clients
Fresher or up to 6 months of experience
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and LinkedIn
Ability to take ownership and work independently
